Building a Better Lost & Found

Disc-Connected was born out of frustration and built for the community. We're on a mission to make returning discs easier, safer, and faster for every Kiwi golfer.

The Problem The "Facebook Void"

Like many of you, I've spent years playing at courses like Ascot Park. I noticed a recurring issue: someone would lose a cherished disc, post about it in a random Facebook group, and hope for the best.

But not everyone is in every group. Posts get buried. Spreadsheets get messy. And often, that disc is never seen again. I knew there had to be a better way to connect lost plastic with its owner.

The Solution Disc-Connected

I built Disc-Connected to be the central hub for New Zealand's disc golf community. No more scrolling through comments or exposing your phone number to the public internet.

Our "Ping System" keeps your details private until you're ready to connect. It's built to be fast, secure, and accessible to everyone—whether you're a casual player or a touring pro.

Hey, I'm Tom

Creator & Developer

I've been playing disc golf for several years, with Ascot Park in Christchurch being my local stomping ground.

I built this platform myself because I wanted to give back to the community that has given me so many great rounds (and a few lost discs along the way). My goal is simple: ensure every lost disc has the best possible chance of finding its way home.
