Lost a favourite driver? Found a disc in the rough? Post it to the database in seconds. Your contact info remains private by default.

2. Send a Ping

Spot your disc, or the owner of a disc you found? Send a secure Ping. This notifies them instantly without revealing anyone's phone number yet.

3. Connect & Return

Once the owner accepts the Ping, contact details are unlocked for both parties. Arrange the hand-off and get back to throwing!

What is Disc-Connected?
Disc-Connected is New Zealand and Australia's dedicated lost-and-found platform for disc golf. It reconnects players with lost discs through a privacy-first ping system that links owners and finders without revealing anyone's contact details publicly. It's free to use and endorsed by New Zealand Disc Golf (NZDG).
How does Disc-Connected work?
List a lost or found disc in seconds. When someone spots a match, they send a secure ping. The owner is notified and can accept — only then are contact details shared between the two parties. You arrange the hand-off and get back to throwing.
Is Disc-Connected free?
Yes. Disc-Connected is completely free for disc golfers to list lost or found discs and connect with each other.
Where does Disc-Connected operate?
Across New Zealand and Australia, covering hundreds of disc golf courses. You can browse listings and courses by region to find discs lost near you.
How do I report a lost disc?
Create a free account, tap Post a Disc, and enter the details (brand, mold, colour) and where you lost it. Your listing goes live immediately, and you'll be alerted if a matching found disc is posted.
How do I return a disc I found?
Post the found disc, or search existing lost listings for a match, and send the owner a ping. Once they accept, you'll get their contact details to arrange the return — and earn community points for the good deed.
Is my contact information kept private?
Yes. Your email and phone number stay hidden by default. They're only shared with another user after you explicitly accept their ping — they're never shown publicly on the site.
Is Disc-Connected an app?
Yes — Disc-Connected is an installable app (PWA). Add it to your phone's home screen for one-tap access and opt in to instant notifications the moment someone finds your disc.
Who endorses Disc-Connected?
New Zealand Disc Golf (NZDG) has formally endorsed Disc-Connected as a recommended lost-and-found platform for the New Zealand disc golf community.
